About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Partner to join our team in driving effectiveness and efficiencies in our organisation change programmes. As a key member of our team, you will partner with the business to design and deliver organisation design, development, and change interventions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

As a Senior Change Partner, you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and developing a team of Change Partners and Change Delivery Specialists, driving a culture of high performance and agility. You will also support the business in proactively identifying challenges and opportunities, and seeing activities through to consultation and resolution.

Requirements
  • Proven experience of working within a HR change and transformation environment within a large complex organisation
  • Previous people management experience
  • Thorough understanding of employee relations/industrial relations structures and ways of working, people policies and processes
  • Sound knowledge of employment law, and strong exposure to HR standard process as it relates to Change and ER
  • Full CIPD membership and qualified (or equivalent business qualification)
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working successfully with employee representatives/forums and trade unions
  • Capable of using knowledge, communication, and relationship skills to positively influence key business decisions across the role's key partners
  • Telecoms proven experience
  • Programme/project management experience
