What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience working in a HR change and transformation environment within a large complex organization.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Thorough understanding of employee relations/industrial relations structures and ways of working, people policies, and processes.
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and strong exposure to HR standard processes as it relates to Change and ER.
  • Full CIPD membership and qualified (or equivalent business qualification).
