The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent people management skills.
- Experience in managing both pre-production and production phases of major projects.
- Knowledge of contract administration.
- Familiarity with modern construction methodologies, including MMC, Lean Construction, and Agile Programme Management.
- Experience with BIM and digital tools.
- Relevant safety qualifications.
