Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our Sales and Commercial Team at Project People. As a Contract Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering successful contract execution and management for our power as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Coverage as a Service (CaaS) contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of active contracts for PaaS, IaaS, and CaaS solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and service level agreement (SLA) adherence.
- Evaluate contract proposals and provide strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth and optimize contract life-cycle management.
- Monitor contract performance, managing and mitigating risks, and ensuring all deliverables meet agreed timelines and specifications.
- Amend and renew contracts in compliance with company policies and legal requirements, while maintaining accurate contract documentation and record-keeping.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders and customer stakeholders, analyzing contract data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with contracts.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
- Proficient in contract management methodologies and best practices, with a strong understanding of the mobile infrastructure landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage customer expectations.
- Highly analytical and data-driven approach, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.
