We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our Sales and Commercial Team at Project People. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering the successful execution and management of our power as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Coverage as a Service (CaaS) contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of active contracts for PaaS, IaaS, and CaaS solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and service level agreement (SLA) adherence.
- Evaluate contract proposals and provide strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth and optimize contract life-cycle management.
- Monitor contract performance, managing and mitigating risks, and ensuring all deliverables meet agreed timelines and specifications.
- Amend and renew contracts in compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and resolve disputes through effective communication and negotiation.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, internal teams, and external stakeholders, and facilitate effective communication among all parties involved in contract execution.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders and customer stakeholders, and maintain accurate contract documentation and record-keeping.
- Prepare regular reports on contract performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction, and conduct audits and assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
- Proficient in contract management methodologies and best practices, with a strong understanding of the mobile infrastructure landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage customer expectations.
- Highly analytical and data-driven approach, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.
