About the Role

A remarkable opportunity has emerged for a dedicated and experienced Senior Operations Leader to oversee and guide our teams in supporting adults with learning disabilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring that individuals can lead fulfilling lives tailored to their preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction within the social care sector, specifically focusing on learning disabilities and autism.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in social care.
  • Foster exceptional communication and interpersonal relationships with team members, individuals supported, and their families.
  • Champion the mission of enhancing the quality of life for those with learning disabilities and assessed needs.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and be flexible in working hours as required.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a similar or senior role within the learning disabilities sector.
  • Proven leadership capabilities in a social care organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of the social care landscape, including its regulations and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Additional Requirements

Applicants must be willing to hold the necessary registration for the locations under their management, which may include supported living, outreach support, or accommodation for individuals requiring personal care. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
