As the Senior Change Management Leader, you will collaborate with the Regional Programme Manager to oversee a team of Deployment Managers, ensuring the successful planning and execution of business transformations to meet established standards and objectives (including timelines, quality, and benefits).

Utilizing your expertise in change and project management, you will instill effective management practices within the team and rigorously manage the transformation strategy. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders will be essential as you navigate and resolve deployment challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your team to fulfill technical, project management, and governance responsibilities outlined in the program plan, ensuring all changes are integrated into operations.
  • Guide and mentor Deployment Managers through critical activities related to their change responsibilities.
  • Optimize duty sets for each planned revision, considering both indoor and outdoor workloads based on best practices and efficient routing.
  • Ensure effective engagement and communication activities are executed in accordance with work package requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (including ROD, Ops Performance Leader, and Functional business partners) to effectively manage risks and resolve barriers to progress.
  • Complete and obtain sign-off for the Post Implementation Review (PIR) for every deployed revision, documenting any design issues, solutions, and lessons learned.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of delivery operations, with experience in similar environments being advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Effective project and change management, including planning, stakeholder engagement, communication, and risk management.
  • Prioritizing and balancing workloads to meet delivery timelines.
  • Collaborating with trade union representatives and influencing agreement on changes.

Qualifications:

Project management certification (APM PFQ/PMQ) is desirable.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday - 08:00-16:00, with some flexibility for earlier starts as needed.
