Overview: An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dedicated and experienced Senior Operations Leader to oversee and guide our teams in supporting adults with learning disabilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring that individuals can lead fulfilling lives tailored to their preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proven leadership capabilities within a social care organization focused on learning disabilities.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the social care landscape, including relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage a diverse workforce and foster strong relationships with individuals supported and their families.

Role Impact: As a Senior Operations Leader, you will embody the principles of leadership, driving growth and enhancing our influence in the lives of those with learning disabilities and autism. Your contributions will be vital in our mission to make a meaningful difference every day.

Registration Requirement: You will be expected to hold the necessary CQC/SCI registration (Registered Manager) for the services under your supervision, which may include supported living, outreach support, or accommodation for individuals requiring personal care.

Flexibility: This is a full-time position requiring flexibility in working hours, including participation in an on-call rota.

Driver's License: A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are essential for this role.
