Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Prevention and Protection Change Manager to join our team at Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving change and improvement initiatives that enhance our services and support our community.

About the Role:

This is a fixed-term position for 1 year, offering a competitive salary of £43,421 - £48,474 per annum, Grade 6 (pay award pending). You will work full-time, 37 hours per week, and be based at our Service Headquarters in Calcot, Reading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change and improvement initiatives that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Conduct analysis and research to inform decision-making and drive positive change.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leaders, team members, and external partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change and improvement initiatives.
