About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Scotland. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve growth and drive business results in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of sales professionals to deliver on growth targets and drive business results.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, building relationships with key accounts and negotiating deals.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in trade and a proven ability to drive business growth.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
