Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Au Vodka. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the UK On Trade market.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and maximize sales opportunities with existing clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Activation and Events: Curate and deliver best-in-class activations and events that showcase our brand and drive sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to deliver the best possible return on investment on sales investments.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge or interest in event management and the alcohol industry.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure, manage your own workload, and meet tight deadlines.
- Organizational Skills: Impeccable organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence wider teams.
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record of success in a business development role.
