Key ResponsibilitiesOverall, the primary goal of a sales role is to generate revenue for the company by acquiring new clients and maximizing sales opportunities with existing clients.

-    Building lasting relationships with customers on patch.-    Developing the commercial returns of your patch.-    Use market insights to inform decision making and actionable outcomes. -    Win new business across our product portfolio in line with the On Trade strategy. -    Protect and grow existing business. -    Curate and deliver best in class, disruptive, activations. In line with the Au Vodka brand strategy.  -    Work closely with internal departments to deliver the best possible return on investment on sales investments. -    Analyse and review sales and activation performance.-    Deliver against set KPI’s.  
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Have strong written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Have good knowledge or interest in event management and the alcohol industry
  • Possess the ability to work well under pressure, manage your own workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Have impeccable organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Creativity
  • Have strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence wider teams
  • A proven track record of success in a business development role. 
  • You are confident, passionate and fun with a desire to hit target. 
  • Calm and able to think clearly under pressure. 
  • A clear understanding of the UK On Trade market. 
  • Able to prioritise effectively.
