Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Transport Planning team in Scotland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the public sector market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow our public sector business in Scotland, working closely with our Transport Planning team and other stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of transport professionals to deliver high-quality projects and services to our clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to secure new work.
  • Manage and develop our team of transport professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with our Transport Planning team to develop and deliver large-scale projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of our Transport Planning service line, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement and working with our leadership team to implement changes.
