Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Transport Planning team in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities in the public sector market.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of business development and a strong understanding of the public sector market in Scotland. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing and implementing business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the public sector market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tendering for contracts and developing new relationships with key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
  • Develop and manage business plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure successful delivery of business growth objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve business growth objectives
