About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Scotland. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve growth and drive business results in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of sales professionals to deliver sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate planning and decision-making.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage sales team performance to ensure achievement of business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the beverage industry, with a proven track record of sales growth and leadership.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
