Sales Representative for Liquid Handling Portfolio
UK & Ireland Territory

Our solutions cater to research in academia, biotechnology, pharmaceutical companies, hospital cancer centers, and large-scale clinical testing laboratories. We collaborate with researchers and technologists to simplify scientific workflows, such as sample preparation and analysis, by offering novel and user-friendly technology.
We are seeking a Sales Representative to cover the UK & Ireland territory, representing our Liquid Handling portfolio of instruments. The ideal candidate should reside in the Birmingham area, Cambridge, or London triangle area.
This position requires a hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be comfortable making cold calls, learning the technical details of our products, and delivering technical solo demonstrations to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Must have experience selling into pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or academic biology institutions, preferably in genomics or screening labs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technically interested and savvy - able to quickly learn technical products and deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
- Computer skills are a must.
- Responsive and organized, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to identify new customers, follow up on leads, and provide quotations and pricing information.
- Able to travel a minimum of 50% of the time, with the possibility of up to 75% travel.
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with a degree in biology, life sciences, or engineering, with knowledge of genomics, small molecule screening, and/or relevant commercial experience.
- Previous experience in consultative sales and account management in a related field is an asset.
- Knowledge of the liquid handling market and hands-on experience are highly valued.
