We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist to join our team at Nouvo Recruitment London. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Switchboard Duties: Answering, forwarding, directing, and screening all external and internal calls across the firm.
  • Greeting and Welcoming: Greeting clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Meeting Room Management: Booking meeting rooms and managing calendars to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Client Care: Providing refreshments and ensuring a comfortable environment for visitors.
  • Administrative Support: Sorting incoming and outgoing post, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
  • Health and Safety: Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, including first aid and fire marshal responsibilities.
  • Documentation: Witnessing and signing of official documentation as and when required.
