Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Nouvo Recruitment London. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Switchboard Duties: Answer, forward, direct, and screen all external and internal calls across the firm.
  • Greeting and Client Care: Greet clients, visitors, and staff, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Meeting Room Management: Book meeting rooms, manage calendars, and ensure rooms are clean and presentable throughout the day.
  • Post and Refreshments: Sort incoming and outgoing post, and provide refreshments and client care for visitors.
  • First Aid and Fire Marshal: Perform first aider and fire marshal responsibilities as required.
  • Documentation and Administration: Witness and sign official documentation as needed, and perform other administrative tasks as requested by the Operations Director/Facilities Manager.
