We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Nouvo Recruitment London. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Switchboard Duties: Answer, forward, direct, and screen all external and internal calls across the firm.
- Greeting and Client Care: Greet clients, visitors, and staff, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
- Meeting Room Management: Book meeting rooms and manage calendars to ensure seamless coordination.
- Refreshments and Client Support: Provide refreshments and support to visitors, ensuring their needs are met.
- Facilities Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of meeting rooms, restock comfort items, and perform first aider and fire marshal responsibilities.
- Administrative Support: Sort incoming and outgoing post, and witness and sign official documentation as required.
- Additional Duties: Perform any additional duties requested by the Operations Director or Facilities Manager.
We are a dynamic and supportive team, and we are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
