Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales department
- Manage client invoicing and payment processes
- Update and maintain internal databases with client details
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications
- Ensure accurate and current record-keeping
- Generate reports using Excel
- Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
