Our client, a prominent player in the real estate industry, is on the lookout for a meticulous and client-focused Property Administrator to enhance their team in Bishopsgate, City of London.

At our client's firm, we are committed to providing a smooth and positive experience for our clients.

As a Property Administrator, you will be instrumental in assisting sellers throughout the entire property sales process, from initial documentation to listing management.

Your efforts will directly contribute to making a significant impact on our clients' experiences by facilitating swift and effective property sales.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the complete process for sellers, ensuring timely and efficient progress.
Maintain regular communication with sellers, providing updates on their file status.
Coordinate introductions and communications between sellers and legal representatives.
Follow up on necessary documentation from clients and other stakeholders to ensure thoroughness and accuracy.
Organise and maintain documentation during the initial phases of the sales process.
Prepare and upload property listings to various online platforms.
Collaborate with photographers and floorplan designers to ensure high-quality visuals for listings.
Conduct and oversee Anti-Money Laundering checks in accordance with legal standards.

Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
Experience in the property sector or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with property portals and CRM systems is advantageous.
