Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ROW & LATAM Account Manager to join Veblen International. In this role, you will be instrumental in propelling our international expansion by crafting strategic market entry plans, overseeing distribution alliances, and enhancing brand visibility across these regions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Development: Formulate and execute international distribution strategies that align with our brand vision.
2. Market Growth: Drive sustainable growth and elevate brand recognition in the designated territories.
3. Distributor Evaluation: Assess and enhance the performance of existing distribution partners to uphold our premium standards.
4. Market Research: Identify key market opportunities and conduct thorough research to inform strategic decisions regarding potential distributors.
5. Financial Management: Develop and oversee forecasts and budgets for your assigned region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
6. Partner Collaboration: Establish and nurture strategic business plans and marketing initiatives with distribution partners.
7. Marketing Strategy: Design and implement region-specific marketing campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team.
8. Relationship Management: Travel to various markets to foster and maintain robust relationships with partners.
9. Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with partners to ensure effective inventory management, minimizing reliance on central stock.
10. Compliance Oversight: Uphold brand integrity and premium positioning across all markets and partners.
11. Product Introductions: Present new collections to distributors in an engaging and informative manner.
12. Cross-Border Operations: Manage international trading and ensure compliance with regional regulations.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in a regional or junior account management role, with significant experience managing international distributors in LATAM regions.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
- Strategic Acumen: Ability to develop and articulate comprehensive market strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
- Commercial Skills: Strong understanding of pricing strategies and market dynamics.
- Brand Knowledge: Deep insight into brand development and strategic decision-making.
- Research Proficiency: Skilled in market analysis, identifying distribution partners, and conducting SWOT assessments.
