About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
  • Schedule and manage face-to-face appointments, leveraging strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Respond to new business inquiries, offering exceptional service.
  • Develop an understanding of the organization's products and services.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers in the financial services industry.
  • Comply with industry regulations and policies.
  • Attend industry events and meetings as required.
