Customer Service Representative

Your New ChallengeThis role requires a unique blend of skills. The successful candidate will be expected to foster strong relationships with customers, manage various administrative tasks, and contribute to the company's ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and process related sales administration tasks, including quotations, dispatch paperwork, system specification processing, handling complaints, and managing product returns.
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Maintain accurate customer records, recording and retaining information in a structured and timely manner, and research clients to identify potential opportunities using CRM.
- Handle order entry processing, including contract review, and maintain and update customer records.
- Experience working in a similar function is essential, as well as a basic understanding of contracts and T&Cs.
- The ability to work independently and a commitment to a high-quality and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
- The ability to work in a highly process-driven way with good attention to detail.
