About the Role
We are seeking a warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Showroom Host at Mercedes Benz of Maidstone. As a Showroom Host, you will be our customers' first point of contact and are crucial in providing a world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for our customers
- Ensure the dealership is kept tidy and well-presented at all times and that customers are taken care of
- Contribute to a happy, positive working and team environment
- Assist with general administrative duties in the dealership with accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer-facing role with requirements to work with customers
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism
Requirements
You will be someone who has pride in high standards to keep our showroom tidy and always welcoming. Excellent communication skills will be your strength, and you will be able to demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. You will be warm, empathetic, and friendly and have an approachable and professional manner.
