Role Overview
We are in search of a dedicated Revenue Operations Analyst who is passionate about education and data. This role is crucial in helping us analyze market trends and derive revenue insights that will enable us to meet our growth objectives and positively impact a million learners.
This position offers a unique chance to engage with both our B2B and B2C sectors, each presenting numerous growth avenues. You will have the opportunity to explore extensive datasets to pinpoint performance drivers and influence our go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, oversee, and automate KPI reporting to enable teams and stakeholders to monitor performance effectively.
- Utilize SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and other analytical tools to assess data from various sources and uncover commercial performance drivers.
- Integrate internal data with external market research to create a comprehensive view of market opportunities and strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other revenue teams to understand the underlying processes and identify analytical challenges.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders in a manner that supports informed decision-making and revenue growth.
- Prepare analytical materials for regular business planning and forecasting, including pricing evaluations and product launches.

Candidate Profile
- Willingness to work from our London office at least two days a week.
- 1-3 years of experience in a business, commercial, or revenue analyst role within a technology-focused organization.
- A strong affinity for data, with the ability to handle various data types and sizes, from SQL queries to Google Sheets forecasting models.
- Exceptional attention to detail, capable of identifying data inaccuracies to ensure accurate conclusions.
- Ability to translate complex commercial inquiries into structured analytical tasks and present findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and revenue operations, linking market context with numerical data.
- Experience with data visualization and querying tools, along with CRM reporting (Salesforce, Hubspot).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of gathering analytical requirements from various stakeholders.
- Experience in Edtech, SaaS, or marketplace environments is advantageous but not essential.
