Senior Partnerships and Affiliate Manager

The Role
As the Senior Partnerships and Affiliate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and managing our affiliate marketing initiatives.

This position encompasses the development of our overarching strategy, maintaining relationships with affiliates, and monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on performance metrics to align with brand goals.


Key Responsibilities:
− Generate insightful reports and analyses on affiliate performance, ensuring clarity and accuracy to enhance marketing efforts.
− Conduct regular discussions with networks to boost conversion rates through various channels including content, shopping portals, and loyalty programs.
− Create competitor benchmarks and provide proactive insights on affiliate industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
− Optimize existing affiliate relationships across the UK, US, and EU while seeking new partnerships to drive growth.
− Collaborate with the performance team to expand affiliate programs into new markets.
− Present findings and strategies confidently to both internal and external stakeholders.
− Develop comprehensive exposure plans to sustain traffic and conversion rates consistently.
− Ensure that all networks are equipped with the latest technology, data feeds, and tracking optimizations.
− Regularly engage with publishers and network representatives to strengthen partnerships.
− Measure and assess channel effectiveness through established KPIs such as ROI, sales, and traffic.

Qualifications:
− Background in network or agency settings, with experience in luxury or premium retail sectors being advantageous.
− Proven experience in the affiliate marketing industry.
− Familiarity with data feeds and analytics.
− Primary focus on the UK market, with desirable experience in the US and EU.
