Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for digital marketing to join our internship program within the UK Publisher Support Team for a duration of 4-6 months. This opportunity is designed for those eager to learn and develop their skills in Performance Marketing while working alongside our team of Publisher Support Executives and Managers. A comprehensive training plan will be provided to ensure your professional growth during this internship. Please note that this is an unpaid internship.

Training Plan Overview:
  • Gaining insights into the core principles of Publisher Support.
  • Following a structured training plan to facilitate your development throughout the internship.
  • Enhancing Performance Marketing skills within the Client & Partnership team.
  • Receiving thorough training from experienced team members to boost your performance across various marketing domains.
  • Engaging directly with potential clients to learn effective approaches and relationship-building techniques.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the evaluation process: approving or rejecting publishers based on brand alignment and network quality standards.
  • Conducting competitor assessments: analyzing brands in relation to their competitors for strategic insights.
  • Performing GAP analysis: identifying opportunities for improvement by comparing brands with their competitors from a partnership and strategy perspective.
  • Aiding in the publisher recruitment process: identifying potential publishers that align well with brand objectives.
  • Supporting publisher onboarding: facilitating the integration of publishers into the network according to client specifications.
  • Contributing to reporting efforts: assisting with client reports on a weekly and monthly basis, as well as on-demand requests.
  • Researching market trends: staying informed about developments in affiliate marketing and industry insights.
  • Managing network operations: coordinating payments, addressing publisher inquiries, and conducting partner quality assessments.
  • Assisting with additional tasks as requested by clients that relate to affiliate program strategy to foster growth.
