Position Overview:

Our Commercial division is expanding, and we are seeking a data-driven, commercially savvy, and innovative Affiliate Manager with a proven track record in sales account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and proactively oversee a portfolio of essential partnerships.
  • Lead the sales process, encompassing prospecting, pipeline management, and deal negotiations.
  • Review and negotiate both new and existing commercial agreements.
  • Scale, optimize, and maintain cutting-edge market-leading campaigns.
  • Take charge of building and nurturing relationships with new and existing publishers.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to keep stakeholders informed about performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and partner feedback to guide business development strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader acquisition team to achieve business KPIs.

Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the iGaming sector and/or Affiliate marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing sales funnels and commercial aspects.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and a history of successfully closing new business.
  • Profit-focused and driven by KPIs.
  • Highly numerate, analytical, and target-oriented with a proven ability to deliver ROI.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Passionate about monitoring and enhancing performance.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
