Property Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison for clients, fostering and enhancing relationships.
  • Identify and implement improvements to exceed the expectations of tenants and property owners.
  • Oversee properties proactively in line with industry best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with Clients, Tenants, Contractors, and Team Members to resolve any issues swiftly for the benefit of the properties.
  • Organize repairs and maintenance by coordinating with contractors as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Keep clients and tenants updated on all tasks and processes.
  • Deliver a personalized and dedicated service to high-value landlords with multiple properties.
  • Quickly adjust to challenges to ensure a smooth experience for property owners.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage relationships with tenants and landlords effectively.
  • Generate new business opportunities from current and potential clients.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.
