Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our client's HR team in Nottingham. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Employee Relations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development
Design and deliver training programs to upskill HR Advisors and Managers on Employee Relations best practices. This will include coaching, process changes, and supporting live cases.
Implementing Frameworks and ProcessesWork with the Risk & Compliance team to design and deliver a new risk management scale for Employee Relations cases. This framework should better support accountability, risk to the business, and complexity of the issue at hand.
Complex/High-Risk Employee Relations Operational DeliveryTake the lead on a small volume of complex/high-risk Employee Relations cases, leading investigations and working with influential stakeholders across the business.
Requirements- Experience delivering complex/high-risk cases in a professional services environment
- Experience working with and influencing commercial stakeholders
- Experience designing and delivering new processes with a focus on Employee Relations management
- Experience upskilling and training HR Advisors to deliver more pragmatic advice
- Experience identifying trends through Employee Relations activity and feeding findings into the wider people agenda
- A confident and resilient Employee Relations expert with technical brilliance
- Evidence of challenging current ways of working and driving engagement and buy-in from HR teams and the wider business on change of processes
