Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential advice and support to employees and management on workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to resolve workplace issues and improve employee engagement.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on workplace incidents and complaints.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment law and best practices to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance to the organization.
