Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Employee Relations expert to join a highly commercial and established HR function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting professional services environments and a proven track record of delivering complex/high-risk Employee Relations cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Development: Provide pragmatic advice and navigate the 'grey' areas of Employee Relations. Develop and deliver training programs to upskill HR Advisors and Managers.
- Complex/High-Risk Employee Relations Operational Delivery: Lead on investigations and work with influential stakeholders across the business.
- Process Design and Implementation: Design and deliver new processes that focus on Employee Relations management.
- Trend Identification and Analysis: Identify trends through Employee Relations activity and feed findings into the wider people agenda.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and influence highly commercial and challenging stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience delivering complex/high-risk cases in a professional services environment.
- Experience working with and influencing highly commercial and sometimes challenging stakeholders.
- Experience designing and delivering new processes that focus on Employee Relations management.
- Experience upskilling and training HR Advisors to deliver more pragmatic advice.
- Experience identifying trends through Employee Relations activity.
- A confident and resilient Employee Relations expert with technical brilliance.
- Evidence of challenging current ways of working and driving engagement and buy-in from HR teams and the wider business on change of processes.
