About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join our client's HR team in Nottingham. As an ER expert, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Employee Relations within a high-performing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver new processes to improve ER management, working closely with the Risk & Compliance team.
  • Lead on complex/high-risk ER cases, investigating and working with influential stakeholders.
  • Upskill and train HR Advisors to deliver more pragmatic advice and navigate ER grey areas.
  • Identify trends through ER activity and feed findings into the wider people agenda.
Requirements
  • Experience delivering complex/high-risk cases in a professional services environment.
  • Experience working with and influencing highly commercial and challenging stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and delivering new processes with a focus on ER management.
  • Experience upskilling and training HR Advisors to deliver more pragmatic advice.
  • Experience identifying trends through ER activity and feeding findings into the wider people agenda.
  • A confident and resilient ER expert, technically brilliant.
  • Evidence of challenging current ways of working and driving engagement and buy-in from HR teams and the wider business on change of processes.
