Role Summary:
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, allowing you to cultivate strong relationships and proactively address issues before they escalate. A commitment to outstanding customer service is essential, as you will take pride in going above and beyond in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing unparalleled customer service by addressing a variety of daily inquiries related to orders, products, and returns.
- Maintaining clear communication and collaborating closely with your Sales Manager.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure client needs are met.
- Managing client calls and emails regarding orders, deliveries, and general inquiries.
- Processing orders and fulfilling requests for assigned clients.
