Role Overview

The Business Partner Support Team Coordinator will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Partner Support Executives. This team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and assistance to B2B Partners, enabling them to effectively serve their customers on the Three network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and mentor a team of approximately 6-8 individuals to enhance performance and streamline daily operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with key Partner contacts to ensure high levels of Partner satisfaction and a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Establish and achieve monthly performance targets as outlined by the business, focusing on various experiential metrics.
  • Continuously monitor Partner satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS), utilizing feedback to drive improvements.
  • Ensure the team is well-informed and trained on new offerings, marketing initiatives, and operational updates to provide top-tier support to Partners.
  • Prepare and present performance updates to different levels of management, ensuring all stakeholders are appropriately engaged.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading and organizing a team effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding operational support within a telecommunications environment, preferably in B2B.
  • Experience in managing complex customer and Partner relationships within the B2B telecommunications sector.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills across various functions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, making informed decisions under pressure.
