Role Overview

The Business Partner Support Team Supervisor will be responsible for the development and management of a team of Business Partner Support Executives. This team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and assistance to B2B Partners, enabling them to effectively support their clientele on the Three network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and mentor a team of approximately 6-8 individuals to enhance performance and streamline daily operations.
  • Ensure Partner satisfaction by fostering relationships with key Partner representatives, gaining insights into their business needs to provide valuable support.
  • Establish and achieve monthly performance targets as defined by the business, focusing on various experiential metrics.
  • Monitor ongoing Partner satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS), utilizing feedback to implement improvements and enhance Partner experiences.
  • Keep the team informed and trained on new offerings, marketing initiatives, and operational updates to guarantee that colleagues are well-equipped to provide top-tier support to Partners.
  • Prepare and present performance updates to different levels of management, ensuring all stakeholders are appropriately engaged.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in leading, coordinating, and organizing a team.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional operational support within a telecommunications environment, preferably in B2B.
  • Experience managing intricate customer and Partner relationships within the B2B telecommunications sector.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities across various functions.
  • Capacity to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, making informed decisions under pressure.
