About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Partner to join our team at Safehinge Primera. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our strategic reporting and analysis requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
  • Support the execution of projects through robust and data-led decision-making
  • Perform financial modeling in respect of new product developments, export growth plans, and new investments
  • Conduct reviews of potential new sectors/geographies for current core products and business
Key Activities
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to understand project needs and requirements
  • Perform research to ascertain barriers and opportunities surrounding proposed plans
  • Identify risks and competitive landscape of opportunities, including regulatory and compliance matters
  • Utilize data modeling practices to analyze findings and identify suggestions
  • Assist in the execution of Continuous Improvement Projects, mapping processes, and identifying deficiencies for rectification
Requirements
  • Recognized Professional Accountancy Qualification or equivalent
  • Experience with entrepreneurial organizations in consideration of business plans and projects
  • Track record in creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and project management skills
  • Assertive but flexible personality to meet changing team and business needs
  • Strong team player with a track record of development, training, and knowledge-sharing
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
