Intrum is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our UK HR team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR excellence and supporting the business in achieving its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior stakeholders and line managers on various aspects of people management, including employee relations, development, and coaching.
- Lead on intricate HR projects, such as organisational restructuring, policy development, and implementation, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
- Manage TUPE consultations and processes, ensuring all legal aspects are covered and stakeholders are informed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, fostering a positive work environment and driving employee engagement.
- Provide support to operational areas, including Customer Contact Centres and business support functions, ensuring effective HR services and solutions.
- Manage ER casework, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and absence management, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of HR Business Partnering to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives, including management coaching and employee engagement sessions.
- Provide insightful HR-related data analysis, highlighting key trends and areas of focus to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with the FCA principle of Consumer Duty, driving good customer outcomes across all aspects of services that impact customers.
Requirements:
- Robust background as an HR Business Partner with sound generalist experience, demonstrating proficiency across various HR functions.
- Significant experience in TUPE consultations with end-to-end process management.
- Education, coaching, and partnering with managers on performance management and employee goals.
- Expertise in employee relations, development, and coaching.
- Strong background in HR policy management and working with line managers to apply in a business setting.
- Deep knowledge of core HR processes, including performance calibration, compensation cycle, and succession planning.
- Displays strong knowledge and supports organisational re-design and restructuring.
- CIPD Qualification: Being CIPD qualified at Level 5 or having equivalent demonstrable experience.
