About the Financial Business Partner Role

  • We are seeking a skilled Financial Business Partner to become a vital member of our energetic team.
  • In this position, you will collaborate with the Head of Finance - Customer Services and Logistics, as well as key stakeholders within our Customer Services and Logistics sectors.
  • Your objective will be to deepen the comprehension of our operations and spearhead a significant transformation agenda.
  • You will concentrate on expense management, commercial evaluation, and delivering insightful recommendations that challenge conventional practices and boost profitability.
  • Your main duties will encompass overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and analytical tasks while partnering with essential stakeholders such as Operations Leadership and Depot Managers.
  • You will play an integral role in assisting the Customer Services & Logistics team by providing insights on KPIs and variances to forecasts/budgets and historical data, all while maintaining a strong focus on cost management.
  • Your sharp awareness of market trends will empower you to propose solutions to enhance our current standing. You will be responsible for budgeting and reforecasting initiatives and delivering ad hoc analyses for stakeholders, identifying issues and suggesting corrective measures.
Qualifications

  • We are looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Experience in business partnering or stakeholder engagement is also preferred.
