About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Business Development Apprentice at Thales Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Business Support Managers and Business Support Partners, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of engagements.
- Manage the starter/leaver process for employees, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain office systems, including data management, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the Business Support Managers and Business Support Partners with ad-hoc requests, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to prioritize workload and complete tasks within agreed timescales to outstanding quality, requiring minimal rework or no rework.
