We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Business Partner to join our team at Iconic Resourcing. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the learning and development strategy of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the design and delivery of learning interventions that align with our clients' strategic objectives.
- Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement leadership development programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients' employees.
- Proven experience working in a financial or professional services setting.
- Strong coaching and leadership development skills.
- Ability to design and deliver both virtual and face-to-face learning interventions.
- Experience working with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and employees at all levels.
