We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Business Partner to join our team at Iconic Resourcing. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our clients' employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to strategic learning initiatives through the design and delivery of learning interventions.
  • Work with inspiring leaders across the business to develop and implement effective learning and development programs.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create a creative and progressive learning environment.
  • Deliver both virtual and face-to-face learning interventions to meet the needs of our clients' employees.
Requirements
  • Experience working within a financial or professional services setting.
  • Has a passion for soft skills and a desire to develop and implement effective learning and development programs.
  • Experience of delivering learning interventions and a proven track record of success.
  • Has a coaching or insights qualification or is working towards one.
