Opportunity for a Learning and Development Business Partner

At Iconic Resourcing, we are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Business Partner to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a vital role in shaping strategic learning initiatives that meet the needs of our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering bespoke learning interventions that align with our clients' business goals. You will work closely with our clients' leaders to identify development needs and craft solutions that drive leadership and management development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and facilitate learning programs that drive leadership and management development
  • Lead both virtual and in-person learning interventions
  • Apply your coaching expertise and Insights accreditation to develop soft skills and build leadership capabilities
  • Partner with business leaders to identify development needs and craft solutions that align with company goals


Requirements:
  • Experience in designing and delivering learning programs in a financial or professional services environment
  • Holds or is working towards a coaching/Insights qualification
  • Is passionate about soft skills development
  • Has experience leading management and leadership development training programs, both virtual and face-to-face
