About the Role

The Learning and Development Business Partner will be responsible for designing and delivering learning interventions that drive business growth and improve performance. You will work closely with our clients' leadership teams to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic learning initiatives that align with our clients' business goals
  • Design and deliver learning interventions, including coaching, mentoring, and leadership development programs
  • Collaborate with our clients' leadership teams to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform learning program development
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a financial or professional services setting
  • Ideal candidate will have or be working towards a coaching/insights qualification
  • Passion for soft skills and ability to develop and deliver learning interventions that drive business growth
  • Experience of delivering both virtual and face-to-face learning interventions
