Job Title: Virtual Contact Centre Sales Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our Virtual Contact Centre team as a Sales Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and meet customer needs by recommending relevant travel products and services.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers to ensure a seamless booking experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
