**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior CRM Executive and CRM Manager with the delivery of key customer communications, as well as understanding engagement, usage, and retention rates across multiple brands.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the Senior CRM Executive and CRM Manager in the delivery of key customer communications.
  • Understand engagement, usage, and retention rates across multiple brands.
  • Develop and implement campaign planning, building, and testing CRM programmes to drive positive engagement and sales acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are on brand and in line with client requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the CRM communications calendar to support planning and execution of campaigns to schedule.
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
  • Deliver campaigns on time while ensuring they are legally compliant (GDPR).

**Requirements**

  • At least 12 months of experience working within a previous CRM role.
  • Experience working within a CRM team to plan and execute campaigns to schedule.
  • Experience writing creative design briefs and working with creative teams to bring your visions to life.
  • Customer data segmentation experience, with a clear understanding of segmentation logic.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with email insights reporting and the use of analytics tools.
  • Experience with Iterable or a similar ESP (Braze, Kalviyo, DotDigital) would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience with reporting suites such as Power BI and Google GA4 would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Capable of independent workload management and working with multiple priorities.
