Job Summary

Alex James Digital is seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team. As a CRM Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior CRM Executive and CRM Manager in delivering key customer communications, understanding engagement, usage, and retention rates across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior CRM Executive and CRM Manager in the delivery of key customer communications, including email campaigns, promotional activity, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement CRM programmes to drive positive engagement and sales acquisition, working closely with the Product and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are on brand and in line with client requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement and ensuring emails follow industry policies and best practices.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the CRM communications calendar to support planning and execution of campaigns to schedule.
  • Collaborate with the Senior CRM Executive and CRM Manager to define and agree the contents of weekly emails and promotional activity, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience working within a previous CRM role, with a strong understanding of customer data segmentation and analytics.
  • Experience working within a CRM team to plan and execute campaigns to schedule, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with email insights reporting and the use of analytics tools, such as Power BI and Google GA4.
  • Experience with Iterable or a similar ESP (Braze, Kalviyo, DotDigital) would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
