In this role, you will have the autonomy to oversee your own sales pipeline and manage the complete sales process, supported by comprehensive training and resources, within a well-established yet growing sales team. Your responsibilities will include generating new business opportunities as well as converting warm leads and delivering engaging software demonstrations. In return, you will enjoy a competitive commission structure along with an annual bonus upon achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with potential clients and existing customers to identify new business and upselling opportunities.
  • Conducting impactful software product demonstrations.
  • Overseeing your own portfolio of inbound and outbound leads.
  • Closing sales to meet or exceed performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
  • Background in Education Technology or Software as a Service industries.
  • Proven experience in delivering effective demonstrations of complex software products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in IT, including familiarity with CRM systems.

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience (On-Target Earnings of £40,000 to £45,000).
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • Annual performance bonus.
  • Flexible working arrangements – a combination of in-office and remote work.
