About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM expert to join our team at MRJ Recruitment. As a Senior CRM Executive, you will play a key role in the retention and engagement of our extensive customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to keep members engaged and satisfied.
  • Work with the CRM team to create and improve automated marketing.
  • Use customer data to send personalized emails.
  • Help the CRM team with big projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies in line with ISO 27001:2013, BS 10012:2017, ISO 50001:2018, ISO 22301:2019.
Requirements
  • Relevant commercial experience in a similar CRM or marketing role.
  • Comfortable analysing data and using it to shape strategies.
  • Experienced in reading and editing HTMLs.
  • Experienced working across Microsoft office.
